When will my CD arrive?
When ordering the CD within the continental United States, you have the option of First Class Mail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), or even Overnight Mail (1 day) to get your new CD the very next day!  Orders in the U.S. for more than one CD receive FREE shipping via Priority Mail!
International orders (that is, outside the USA) are always processed using Global Priority Mail, and generally take only 2-6 days to arrive.  As an added feature, CDbaby.com offers the option to have the "jewelbox" removed, and to send only the CD and artwork.  This saves shipping cost and the package usually isn't opened by customs!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for orders within the U.S. cost as little as $2.25.  For Canadian residents, shipping is $3.00-3.25.  International orders typically cost about $7.00 but vary depending on packaging options.

What happens if my CD is damaged in the mail?
If your CD is in any way damaged when you receive it, we will ship you another CD as soon as possible, at no cost whatsoever.  Period.  No questions asked.

What is Peace Stream Records?

Peace Stream Records was started back in December 2001 with the original release of Sunshine City Tree.  The main force behind starting Peace Stream Records was the artist himself, Jeff Ray.  With help from experienced recording engineer and web designer Steve Digre, work by professional designers Aimee Unverzagt and Jesse Volner, and distribution assistance by one of America's leading independent music distributors CDbaby.com, the foundation was set for a company focused on promoting, distributing, and developing emerging folk, rock, and new-style artists.

Recently, Peace Stream Records was instrumental in the recording and production of upcoming Wisconsin musician Michael Gruber's recent CD and has just released a new CD Jeff Ray.  Future plans are underway for production of a live DVD as well as the arrangement of tours of middle-America featuring cutting edge folk artists.
